Made to order
Every piece is handmade and made after you order. Production usually takes about 4 weeks, and your order will always ship within 60 days at the latest. You will get an email when your parcel is on its way, with a tracking number.
Where we ship
We ship from Lyon, France, to the countries you can choose at checkout. If your country is not on the list, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on where you live and how much your parcel weighs, including its packaging. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Most small pieces such as cups and candle holders are in the first weight class. Bowls, jugs and lamps are often heavier. If you order several items, they are usually sent together and the weights are added up. These prices cover the shipping, the careful packaging and the time we spend preparing your parcel.
Studio pickup
If you live nearby, you can choose Studio Pickup at checkout. It is free. We will email you to arrange a time and give you the address once your order is ready.
Packaging
Ceramics are fragile, so we wrap each piece carefully in protective materials and a sturdy box. Your parcel is tracked [and insured].
Delivery times
The times below start when your parcel ships, not when you order. They are estimates from the carriers, and delays can happen, especially around holidays or for customs checks.
Mainland France: about 2 to 4 working days. European Union and Switzerland: about 3 to 8 working days. United Kingdom and Zone B: about 5 to 10 working days. Rest of the world: about 7 to 20 working days.
Customs, duties and taxes
If you live outside the European Union (for example in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or the United States), your parcel may be charged import duties, VAT or handling fees by the carrier or by customs. Unless these are shown and included at checkout, they are your responsibility and are not part of our shipping price. We cannot tell you the exact amount in advance, so please check the rules in your country before ordering. We declare the true value of every parcel, and we cannot change it.
If a parcel is refused or not collected, it is sent back to us, and we may charge you the return and shipping costs before reshipping or refunding the order.
Damaged or lost parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, tell the carrier when you receive it, and email us within 2 working days with photos of the packaging and the piece. We will replace it or refund you.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.
Check your address
Please double check your delivery address and phone number when you order. A wrong address can delay your parcel or cause it to be returned.
